Links from ABMS: categories and what you can link to
Links from ABMS is the section at the top of the link dialog in the drawing editor (Edit > Edit Link…, Alt+Shift+L), where you pick a document, report or other page in Antenor BMS to link a shape to. This page lists each category, which items it offers, when it is shown, and the messages the section can show. How to add a link step by step is in Link shapes to documents and other content in ABMS. Links from ABMS needs the Admin level on the Super area row of your own rights (the level that shows the Super menu); see The Users page and the rights table and The drawing editor: menus, panels and toolbar. Without that level you cannot pick items from Links from ABMS, but you can still type or paste an address in draw.io’s own link field below it.
Which categories are shown
Section titled “Which categories are shown”The categories are listed on the left, in this order, for a user who can use Links from ABMS. When the dialog opens, Documents is selected.

The rights that count are those of the person adding the link. Whether a reader of the diagram can open the linked page depends on the reader’s own rights, not on yours. The category names are the module names used in your company, so they can differ from the names above.
What each category offers

Clicking an item fills the link field below with that item’s address in Antenor BMS. The link takes the reader to that page.
