Log in with Office 365
If your company has set you up to log in with your Microsoft account, click Login with Office 365 on the ABMS login page and sign in with your Microsoft work account on Microsoft’s page. You then come back to ABMS, logged in. You do not need an ABMS password.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Your user administrator must have set your user to log in with Office 365.
- Your e-mail address in ABMS must be the same as the e-mail address of your Microsoft account.
- Open the ABMS login page. It says “Please provide your details”.
- Leave the E-mail and Password fields empty.
- Click Login with Office 365, the button with the Microsoft logo.
- If Microsoft asks, sign in with your Microsoft work account.
What you should see
Section titled “What you should see”You are logged in to ABMS and land on your start page. Unlike users who log in with a password, you are not asked to set a new password the first time. See Find your way after logging in.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- “No existing user with this email address”. ABMS has no user with the e-mail address of the Microsoft account you signed in with. Check that you used the right Microsoft account; if you did, contact your user administrator.
- Typing a password. If your user is set to Office 365 and you type your e-mail and a password, you see either “Invalid email or password.” or “Your user is configured to log in using Office 365. If you wish to log in using a password instead, please configure this on your user profile after logging in using your Office 365 account.” Use Login with Office 365 instead.
- “Forgot your password?” does not send a reset e-mail to a user set to Office 365; it shows the same message about Office 365.
- Logging out. Log out in ABMS ends your ABMS session only, not your Microsoft session. The next time you click Login with Office 365 in the same browser, you may get straight in without signing in to Microsoft again.
- Cannot log in at all. If your user has been deactivated, you cannot log in. Contact your user administrator.
- Login method on your profile. Your User profile shows a Login method switch. Leave it as it is; your user administrator changes it if needed. See Change language or password.
