Choose the dashboard widgets for your company
Which widgets the dashboard shows, and where, is one setting for the whole company, made under Super > System settings in the Dashboard section. Add widgets with Add widgets, drag them into place, resize or remove them, and click Save. Every user in your company then sees the same widgets in the same layout; users cannot change the dashboard themselves.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You need the Admin level on the Super area row of your rights; this is what shows the Super menu. Manage or Archive is not enough. Your user administrator sets this; see The Users page and the rights table.
- If you want to show a chart from a report, the chart must already exist on the report’s Analysis tab; see Create an analysis with charts.
The widgets
Section titled “The widgets”If nobody in your company has saved a selection, the dashboard shows the widgets marked “yes” below. A company with only Risk management and no document modules instead gets the search bar, Actions awaiting your input and Risk top 10 items.

| Report analysis | One chart from a report’s Analysis tab, which you choose. You can add several. | No |
What each widget shows in detail is described in The dashboard.
- In the left menu, click Super > System settings.
- Go to the Dashboard section. It shows the widgets that are on the dashboard now, in their layout.
- To add a widget, click Add widgets and choose one. The list offers only widgets that are not on the dashboard yet; Report analysis is always offered. For Report analysis, a dialog opens. Filter by module or search for a chart, then click Add widget beside it. Close the dialog; the chosen chart widget is placed at the bottom.
- Drag widgets to where you want them, and drag their edges to make them wider or narrower.
- Remove the widgets you do not want from the layout.
- Click Save. The button is enabled only after you have changed something.
What you should see
Section titled “What you should see”After saving, every user in your company sees the widgets you chose, in the layout you saved, when they open the dashboard.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- One dashboard for everyone. The selection is for the whole company, not per user or per group. Users cannot add, remove, move or resize widgets on their dashboard.
- What users can still change. In the table widgets, each user’s own sorting is saved for that user.
- Report charts. A Report analysis widget has an “Open report” icon that opens the report in a new tab. If the chart is deleted from the report, the widget shows “Chart not found”.
- Older dashboard layout. Antenor can set a company up with an older dashboard layout instead, where each user picks their own boxes with Configure dashboard. Switching between the layouts is done by Antenor.
