Where your data is stored and how it is backed up
Your company’s ABMS data is stored in its own database, separate from other customers, on servers at Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany. It is backed up automatically every hour, around the clock, and the backups are stored on servers within the EU. Your data is kept for as long as your company is a customer. A document that has been deleted cannot be restored by anyone in your company, so archive documents instead of deleting them. The full terms are in Antenor’s article General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
