The User profile page
Your User profile page shows the details ABMS holds about you, the access groups you are a member of, and the user administrators of your company. You open it by clicking your name and e-mail address at the top of the left menu, or with Profile in the menu under the arrow next to your name. The page has a view mode, which opens first, and an edit mode, which you open with Edit. This page describes both, as you see them on your own profile. How to change your password is in Change language or password.
View mode: User information
Section titled “View mode: User information”| Row | What it shows | When it is shown |
|---|---|---|
| Username | The e-mail address you log in with. | Always. |
| Name | Your first name and surname. | Always. |
| Type | “Super user”, “Partner” or “Antenor” for those user types, otherwise “N/A”. These values are shown in English. The type “Super user” does not make someone a user administrator; that is the Admin level on the Super area row (see “Super Users” below). | Always. |
| Company | The company you are registered under in your company’s list of companies. | Only when a company is set on your user. |
| Customer | The company in ABMS you are working in now. Pick another company in the field to switch to it: ABMS switches and opens that company’s dashboard. | Only when you belong to more than one company. |
| Your company’s global fields | One row per global field that has a value on your user, with the field’s name and the chosen values. | Only for global fields with a value on your user. |
Company and Customer are different: Company is a name from the list of companies kept in your company’s ABMS, while Customer is the company in ABMS you are logged in to.
View mode: Member of the following groups
Section titled “View mode: Member of the following groups”The heading is followed by the number of groups in brackets, and the names of the access groups you are a member of are listed under it. Your rights come from these groups and from rights given to you personally; see Create and manage an access group. The section is hidden when you are not a member of any group.
View mode: Super Users
Section titled “View mode: Super Users”The names of your company’s user administrators: active users who have the Admin level on the Super area row, either personally or through an access group. Antenor’s own staff and deactivated users are not listed. The names are sorted alphabetically. Click a name to start an e-mail to that person in your e-mail program. The section is hidden when nobody qualifies.
View mode: buttons
Section titled “View mode: buttons”| Button | What it does | When it is shown |
|---|---|---|
| Edit | Opens edit mode. | Always. |
| Edit user access | Opens the user’s rights on the Users page under Super; see The Users page and the rights table. | Only for users with the Admin level on the Super area row. |

|---|---|---|
| Username : | The e-mail address you log in with. | Always. |
| Login method : | The switch Password / Office 365, which decides how you log in. Your user administrator sets it; if it needs changing, ask them rather than switching it yourself. See Change language or password and Let a user log in with Office 365. | On your own profile, and for users with the Admin level on the Super area row. |
| Change password | A link next to the switch that opens the password form (see below). | Only on your own profile, and only when the switch is on Password. |

| Company : | A list of your company’s companies. | Only when your company has a list of companies. |
| Your company’s global fields | One list per global field with values, where several values can be chosen. If a chosen value is no longer valid, the message “Selected values have become invalid, please re-select.” is shown and Save is disabled until you choose again. | For each global field that has values. |
| Go Back | Returns to view mode. | Always. |
| Save | Saves the changes. | Always. Disabled while a chosen global field value is invalid. |
If you cannot change your name, username, company or global field values here, or a change is not kept after Save, ask one of the user administrators listed under Super Users in view mode.
Edit mode: the password form
Section titled “Edit mode: the password form”Change password replaces the other fields with the password form until you save or cancel.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Change password | Heading. |
| “Choose a strong password. Use at least 8 characters” | Hint. |
| New password | The new password. |
| Confirm new password | The same password again. |
| Save password | Saves the new password if it has at least 8 characters and the two fields match. Shows “Password updated successfully”, closes the form and leaves you in edit mode. If the two differ, it shows “Password confirm doesn’t ,match” (shown exactly like this in ABMS) and saves nothing. With both fields empty, it saves nothing. |
| Cancel | Closes the form without saving and empties the fields. |
