The environmental aspect index and the analysis dialog

The index is the page that opens when you select Environmental aspects in the left menu. It lists your company’s environmental aspect analyses, 10 per page, under the heading Environmental aspect. The analysis dialog holds the information about one analysis; it appears as Add environmental aspect when you create an analysis, Edit environmental aspect when you change one from the index, and as a read-only view when you open it from the aspect page. The module appears in the left menu only if your company has it and you have at least the Read right on its row.

Right on Environmental aspects What it allows here
Read Open the module, see the list, open an analysis and its risk graph.
Edit Also change the information of an analysis.
Create Also create analyses and delete them. Create includes Edit.

All buttons and icons are shown to everyone who can open the index; only the right listed lets the change through. Your user administrator grants the rights; see Give a user access rights.

The controls appear in this order above the list.

# Column What it shows or does
1 Area The area of the analysis, which is its title.
2 Creation date The date the analysis was created.
3 Last updated When the analysis was last changed. Adding, changing, moving or deleting aspects, their risk values or their actions does not change it.

5 Delete (icon) Opens a confirmation for deleting the analysis. Needs the Create right.
6 Graph (icon) Opens the risk graph of the analysis. See The risk graph, help-text and identification pages.
7 Identification (link Add) Opens the identification page for adding aspects to the analysis. Needs the Create right.

Clicking a row anywhere else opens the aspect page; see The aspect page and the item dialogs. Page numbers under the list move between pages.

The confirmation reads “Are you sure you want to delete environmental aspect “<area>”? This will also remove all items!“, with the area of the analysis in the quotes. Check that the area is the analysis you want to delete before you click Yes. Yes deletes the analysis with all its aspects and their actions; No cancels.

The same fields appear in all three versions of the dialog. No field is required.
